The Azteca Inn hotel is located in the center
of the “Golden
Zone" of Mazatlan.
The hotel is a brief walking distance to the
beach. The Azteca Inn is also a walking
distance to a great variety of restaurants, bars,
clubs and shops. Azteca Inn contains 74 rooms with
free wireless internet. You can take a swim at the
hotel`s pool or relax at in the Jacuzzi. After
relaxing you can have a great tasting meal at
the “La Terraza” restaurant. The restaurant offers
a grand selection of Mexican Cuisine and you
can enjoy some drinks at the hotel`s sports bar “La
Capilla”.
The D`Gala Mazatlan Hotel is located in
Mazatlan’s “Golden Zone”. There are 89 guest rooms
at the D`Gala and all with complementary wireless
internet. The hotel’s restaurant is
called “Las Lupitas Restaurante” and is open for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers a
variety of Mexican-Mediterranean cuisines. Next to
the pool there is a snack bar to enjoy drinks and

The El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel contains five

The hotel El Quijote contains 83 rooms and
suites situated right on the beach. El Quijote is
about 2 kilometers from Mazatlan’s “Golden Zone”.
The Rocinante is the name of the restaurant inside the
hotel which offers traditional local seafood dishes.
On the weekend the restaurant also offers live music for

swimming in the outdoor pool, sitting on the beach or

The Faro Mazatlan is an all inclusive beach
resort close to Mazatlan’s “Golden Zone”. You may
enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the two ocean
view restaurants the Las Terrazas or the Chiquita
Banana. The Chiquita Banana serves a variation
of local cuisine and seafood dishes. The Las
Terrazas hotel restaurant offers a variety of

“Golden Zone” on the beach.

kilometer from the El Cid Convention Center.
The Hotel Aquamarina is located on the
beachfront close to Mazatlan’s Golden Zone and the
historical area of Mazatlan. The Aquamarina features
108 guest rooms with wireless internet, cable television
and some rooms contain Kitchenettes. The hotel’s
restaurant the Albatros, offers ocean view dining and
serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also

pool. You may relax at the Jacuzzi located next to the El

everyday while playing on the pool table in the game room
area. The hotel’s restaurant the Marlin Café
offers a variety of both Mexican food and seafood
cuisine. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and
dinner. For your banquets and business meeting need
the hotel offer 3 different rooms to choose
from.
The Inn At Mazatlan hotel has over 200 rooms.
There are 5 different types of rooms at this hotel, which
are classified as Studio, Junior Suite, Luxury Suite,
Bedroom Executive Suite and the Bedroom Penthouse. The
hotel has one restaurant which is called the Papagayo. The
hotel has an option for an all inclusive dining plan. The
hotel has a pretty good gym which includes a variety of
free weights, workout stations, treadmills and stationary
bikes. In addition to wireless internet in the rooms, the
hotel also has a small business center. The Inn At
Mazatlan also has a nice size gift shop and a 24 hour
medical clinic.
The Margaritas Hotel and Tennis Club is located
in Mazatlan’s “Golden Zone”. The hotel is decorated in

available in all rooms as well, but for a fee.

The Oceano Palace beach front hotel is located
in the Southern end of Mazatlan’s “Golden Zone”.
The Olas Altas Inn Hotel and Spa is a five
story hotel that sits in the historic downtown
Mazatlan.
The Playa Mazatlan Hotel has over 400 rooms.
There are a variety of different types of rooms, Standard,
Garden View, Ocean View and Junior Suites. Every room at
the hotel has a balcony or terrace. There are two
restaurant-bars and a snack bar at this location. The
hotel does have a gym and access is included with your
stay at the hotel. In addition, there is a spa.
The Pueblo Bonito hotel is located on one of
the main roadways that leads to the heart of the city.
There is another version of the Pueblo Bonito hotel which
is named Pueblo Bonito at Emerald Bay which is newer and
located further away from the center of the city. There
are over 200 rooms at the hotel and they all are suites
with a balcony that overlook beautiful gardens. The rooms
are very well done. There is access to the beach directly
in front of the hotel. The hotel has 3 very nice
restaurants which serve a varity of foods, such as
Italian, Mexican and Seafood. There is internet access at
the hotel.
The Pueblo Bonito at Emberald Bay is a
beautiful gated resort hotel located at the northern end
of Mazatlan. This area is technically called "Nuevo
Mazatlan". There is another Pueblo Bonito hotel closer to
the center of the city, but the Pueblo Bonito at Emerald
Bay is newer, more expensive and a lot nicer. The hotel
offers free bus ride service during the day and evening to
and from the other Pueblo Bonito hotel. This resort hotel
has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and the rooms at
the hotel are spectacular. All of the rooms are suites and
have either a terrace or balcony. There are two different
types of suites, the junior suite and the master suite.
The landscaping of the property is gorgeous. Most of the
rooms at the hotel have a good view of the ocean, but the
rooms at the third floor and above and much better because
the trees and other buildings don't block the view as much
as the lower level suites. Pueblo Bonito at Emerald Bay
has a nice bar and also a nice waterside restaurant. In
addition, there is a small gym, a salon and spa on site.
If you are not a time share member, there is a fee to use
the gym. The gym has several treadmills, some free weights
and a couple of weight machines. As of the later part of
2008, the hotel only had wireless internet access
available in the lobby area.
The Ramada Resort in Mazatlan (formerly Los
Sabalos Resort)is located in the center of Mazatlan’s
"Golden Zone". The hotel is embraced by beautiful
gardens and palm trees. The resort has 200 rooms and
suites with ocean view balconies. The hotel has five
onsite restaurants and 3 bars for
entertainment.
The Royal Villas Resort is an ocean front hotel
located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping
and bars. This hotel features 125 rooms and 2 pent house
suites all with ocean front views. There are four
different types of rooms that you have the options to
choose from such as the Junior Suite Milta, the Suite
Palenque, the Suite Tajin, the Suite Tulum and the
